The Reserve & Co.
Wildefell forms part of The Reserve & Co. a boutique estate and venue management company based in the Southern Highlands.
Founded by Tom, The Reserve & Co. oversees guest experience, event coordination and the day-to-day care of each property it manages.
The approach is simple - look after the property, welcome guests properly and ensure every stay or gathering runs smoothly.
At its heart is a genuine love of beautiful homes and the experience of sharing them with others.
Meet Tom
Wildefell is overseen by Tom, founder of The Reserve & Co. and long-time estate and venue manager in the Southern Highlands.
With a genuine appreciation for property, atmosphere and well-executed gatherings, Tom takes a hands-on approach to each stay and celebration. His focus extends beyond logistics to how the estate feels — how guests arrive, move through the space and gather within it.
Whether welcoming intimate stays or coordinating larger wedding weekends, Tom provides calm, considered guidance behind the scenes so that each occasion unfolds with ease.
