A Managed Experience
Events at Wildefell are delivered with thoughtful oversight.
Smaller gatherings may be tailored to suit the tone and size of your occasion, while larger scale events are professionally managed from planning through to execution.
For events exceeding 40 guests, your celebration will be personally overseen by Tom, Wildefell’s Event Manager, from initial concept to on site coordination. From supplier liaison and layout planning to run sheet management and event day supervision, every detail is structured to ensure the experience feels seamless and composed.
This hands on approach preserves the quality, safety and refinement of each event hosted at the estate.

Wildefell is not a high volume function venue. Each event is carefully considered to ensure alignment with the property’s character, its setting and the experience it is designed to offer.
